How to get Started
Getting started is simple.
Click the booking link below to schedule a day/time for your first consultation (no payment required at booking). This can be in-person or virtual, just let us know in the notes section.
Our first consult typically takes 1.5 hours for health assessment intake. We will order lab work at that appointment, you will need to get blood drawn at our recommended phlebotomy location.
Once your test results are in, we will schedule a follow-up consultation that includes lab interpretation, customized nutrition plans, supplement recommendations, with a personalized holistic treatment plan.
Subsequent follow up appointments will be guided by your treatment plan and health journey!
