Getting started is simple.

👩🏼💻 Once you book, you will receive an email to log into Practice Better – our HIPAA compliant charting system. Consent form and Intake Form are required to be completed prior to our first consultation.
⏰ Note: Our first consult can take an hour to hour and half depending on your wellness goals. During our fist session will we get labs ordered and you will go home with your Vitalitè Supplement Pack to get things started right away.
🧪 Once your test results are complete, we will schedule a follow-up consultation that includes lab interpretation, customized nutrition plans, supplement recommendations, and a detailed holistic treatment plan.
